Must-Haves
1 Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care License - Required
2 Graduate of CRT or RRT Program - preferred
3Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care
4 Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
5 ACLS, PALS within 60 days of hire / Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) within 90 days of hire
