Director of Respiratory Therapy - Concord, NH 03301
Location: Concord, New Hampshire 03301
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $95,000-$150,000 annually
Additional Incentives: Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance
We are seeking an experienced Director of Respiratory Therapy for a permanent leadership opportunity in the Concord, New Hampshire area. This position offers competitive compensation, relocation assistance, and the opportunity to lead a Respiratory Care department within a hospital setting.
Responsibilities Direct the clinical and non-clinical operations of Respiratory Care Services
Ensure high-quality patient care and departmental performance
Plan, organize, and evaluate departmental resources
Oversee staff supervision, development, and performance
Manage departmental budgets and resources
Lead program development and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
Develop and maintain clinical standards of practice
Maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, employees, and other departments
Support hospital-wide initiatives, marketing efforts, and community programs
Maintain current professional and clinical knowledge
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree - Required
New Hampshire Respiratory Care Practitioner License - Required
5+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience - Preferred
Respiratory Therapy leadership, supervisory, management, or director experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical, operational, communication, and leadership skills
Compensation & Benefits $95,000-$150,000 annual salary
