Job description
On Deck Healthcare seeks a Respiratory Therapy Manager to lead a busy hospital RT program in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role oversees an adult inpatient service and a level III NICU, driving quality, patient safety, and staff development.
The ideal candidate will hold a CA Respiratory Therapy license with National RT Board certification, a bachelor's degree in RT or related field, and a track record of leadership in RT for at least 3 years. 7+ years in RT preferred.
