# Respiratory Therapy ManagerHot JobAmarillo, TX 79106## OverviewPosition TypeFull Time## Respiratory Therapist ManagerThe Respiratory Manager organizes, leads, manages, and coordinates the activities of the Cardio-Pulmonary Department. He/She carries out policies and procedures consistent with JCAHO, OSHA, and state and local requirements. Responsibilities also include quality assurance, safety, infection control, overseeing blood gas lab, in-service for staff, ensures adequate budgeting and staffing is met, attends, contributes and participates in all committees as assigned by administration, as well as the management of employees and payroll for the cardiopulmonary department.## QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy programCredentialed by the NBRC as a CRT or RRTCurrent license by the State Board of Respiratory Care ExaminerMinimum of three years management experience in respiratory care, preferably in a LTACH Requires effective management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and communication skillsMust be able to read, write, and speak English
