Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
Provide respiratory care using accepted standards and practices.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, diagnose, and implement patient care plans.
Monitor, record, and report patient conditions and document therapeutic interventions.
Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment in a safe and effective manner.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and self-management techniques.
Adhere to facility and regulatory requirements, including working specified holiday shifts.
Qualifications
Current GA RRT licensure and NBRC RRT certification.
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy.
American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
Proficient in managing acute respiratory emergencies and treatments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
