Join Our Dynamic NICU Team!
Job Description:
- Location: 119 Oakfield Drive, Brandon, FL 33511
- Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- Unit Type: 36 Bed Level 3 NICU
- Team Size:
- Day Shift: 2 Respiratory Therapists
- Night Shift: 2 Respiratory Therapists
- Patient Ratio: 2 therapists to cover the entire unit during peak times
What You'll Be Doing:
- Attend high-risk deliveries and provide immediate respiratory support
- Manage ventilators, including Drager VN500 and 3100A Oscillators
- Administer Surfactant and Nitric Oxide therapies
- Perform blood gas acquisitions and interpretations
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team focused on critical care
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of Level 2 NICU experience or Level 3 NICU experience preferred
- Certifications:
- Must have NRP certification
- STABLE certification is a plus
- Attributes:
- Positive attitude and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
