Job Description
Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Join our dynamic team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) on a night shift schedule:
- Days : Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Hours : 7 PM - 7 AM
Key Qualifications:
- NM RRT/CRT Licensure
- NBRC Registry
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience
- Prior travel experience required (locals not accepted)
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely diagnostic and therapeutic cardiopulmonary services to inpatients and outpatients
- Assist physicians with both invasive and non-invasive procedures
- Administer medicated aerosols using medical compressed gas
- Maintain airways and manage ventilators
- Perform insertion of arterial lines and intubations
- Conduct pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gas analysis
- Follow approved protocols and department policies to ensure high-quality care
