Job description

Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: ICU experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: CVICU experience. Nitric experience.
Unit Details: Patient ratios: 36 UOS. Uses V60, Hamilton C1, PB40, PB980, Metaneb, EPOC ABG system, Nitric, and AIRVO. Typical procedures include ABG, ventilator management, Nitric management, bronchoscopy, intubation assistance, nebs, and HFNC.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend shifts required depending on staffing needs. Rotating weekends. No call requirements. There is not a typical schedule pattern; travelers are plugged in where the biggest needs are, and schedules are kept as reasonable as possible.
Floating Requirements: Floats to all areas covered in the hospital.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
