Shift
6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience
2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.
Requirements
Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Required Credentials
In addition to a valid drivers license, you MUST include a proof of address document to apply. The document must be in your name & match the address on your drivers license (and issued within the last 3 months). Required Skills/Experience
Community hospital experience is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Special Requests
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details
Patient population includes adolescents, infants, adults, pediatric, and geriatric patients. Patients include COPD/end stage, trauma, asthma, pneumonia, heart failure, sepsis, and multi organ failure. Unit procedures and clinical services include bedside bronchoscopy, bedside percutaneous/cricothyrotomy trachs, ECMO, nitric, Veletri, lung transplants, and ER/Level II trauma services.
Floating Requirements
Floating is required if there is a need.
Shift & Scheduling
Every other weekend. 6 weekend shifts per contract. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027, 09/06/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program - 8th Edition)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
