Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: In addition to a valid driver’s license, you MUST include a proof of address document to apply. The document must be in your name & match the address on your driver’s license (and issued within the last 3 months). Any document other than those listed below will NOT be accepted: • Cell Phone Bill • Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, or Wi-Fi • Mortgage Statement or Lease Agreement
Required Skills/Experience: - Community hospital experience is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Special Requests: - You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: - Patient population includes adolescents, infants, adults, pediatric, and geriatric patients. - Patients include COPD/end stage, trauma, asthma, pneumonia, heart failure, sepsis, and multi organ failure. - Unit procedures and clinical services include bedside bronchoscopy, bedside percutaneous/cricothyrotomy trachs, ECMO, nitric, Veletri, lung transplants, and ER/Level II trauma services.
Floating Requirements: - Floating is required if there is a need.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. - 6 weekend shifts per contract. - No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027, 09/06/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required for submission
Certifications:
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
