Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 6 months of Epic experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.
Required Skills/Experience: Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.
Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. All scheduling requests must be communicated during submission and interview. Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekends as needed.
Floating Requirements: May float as needed to CCF facilities, including but not limited to, Avon, Euclid, Fairview, Lutheran, and Pulmonary Main Campus.
14 days maximum time off
2 Manager references required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required
