Job description

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
• AS completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Pediatric experience required. - Critical care, ICU, or ED experience required.
Unit Details: - Coverage includes critical care, ICU, general respiratory modalities, trauma, rapid response team, and stroke team. - Equipment includes PB980, Vapotherm, Parapac, Respironics BiPAP V60, Fischer Paykel Bubble CPAP, and Opti-Flow. - Patient population is newborn to geriatric, with occasional need for general pediatric care.
Shift & Scheduling: - Rotating weekends. - No call.
14 days maximum time off
1 Manager reference required from within the last 2 years
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
