Experience:
• 18 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required.
• AS completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: NICU-trained experience required. Additional Pediatric ICU skills required. 1.5+ years of experience in an ICU/Floor setting. ABG competency is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Neonatal experience preferred. Additional experience with the Puritan 980 machine, Hamilton Transport, and Servo U is preferred.
Required Credentials: Associate of Science Degree, from an accredited Respiratory Therapist program.
Preferred Credentials: Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
Unit Details: Delivers life-support, resuscitation, monitoring, and various medical gas therapies to patients. Performs invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures for patients in Intensive Care and General Practice Units. Supervises, directs, and delegates to respiratory therapists, respiratory therapy orientees, externs, and students, as assigned. Completes necessary and accurate patient billing information. Equipment includes the Puritan 980 machine, Hamilton Transport, and Servo U.
Shift & Scheduling: One position is scheduled 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, and one position is scheduled 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.
Floating Requirements: Assignments may occur at various business units throughout the system, as assigned.
14 days maximum time off
1 Manager reference required
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
