Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Level 3 nursery experience is required. Required experience with Puritan Bennett 840 / 980, Servo I, V60s, Visions, and Trilogy.
Required Credentials: NRP is required to work in the NICU.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. RTO is limited to no more than 5 consecutive days.
Unit Details: Neonatal, infant, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. C-section attendance is required. In-hospital transports are required.
Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week on a rotating schedule. Every other weekend is required. No call. Every other holiday is required. Schedule is as needed. You must work the weekend before Mardi Gras. You will work summer holidays. You must work 2 of the 3 winter holidays.
Floating Requirements: You must be willing to float, work weekends, and generally just be very flexible. Floats to all areas.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Maximum consecutive days off: 5

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
