Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Per diem experience does not count toward Banner’s 24 months of specialty experience, even if the clinician worked 32+ hours/week. Must have Adult Critical Care experience. Must have 2 years recent experience as an RRT.
Preferred Skills/Experience: PICU/NICU experience preferred but not required.
Special Requests: Banner does not accept travel teams.
Floating Requirements: May float to South Campus as needed (Level III trauma, 10 minutes away).
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required
