Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required with 1 month within the last 18 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: First-time travelers are accepted with 2 years of experience. Floating experience does not count toward the experience requirement. Correctional facility experience does not count toward the experience requirement.
Special Requests: Start dates are not flexible. Block scheduling is not guaranteed, but may be accommodated if possible. If you require an interview with the manager, please make a note of it in your special requests. Travel pairs cannot request the same schedule. Cannot have an employment gap in the past 4+ months. Resume: Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you are applying to.
Unit Details: The assignment covers inpatient respiratory care. Typical workload includes 5-6 vents and 35 treatments in 12 hours. Patient population includes adults and pediatric patients; neonates are cared for only if the RT is NICU-trained. RTs attend all deliveries and C-sections. RTs draw and analyze ABGs, provide treatments, and manage ventilator settings. Travelers are not required to be able to intubate independently but must assist with intubations. Equipment includes Vent-Avea, Hamilton C1, BiPAP-V60, EV300, HiFlow-Aerovo 2, Zoll vents for backup, and GlideScope/GlideScope-GO for intubation.
Shift & Scheduling: 36-hour assignments only (no 48s); additional shifts can be picked up. Every other weekend. Travelers will work 2 of 3 major holidays. May be placed on low census.
Floating Requirements: May float to Foothills Freestanding ED, 15 minutes away.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
