Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• High School completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license.
Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Required Credentials: Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. High school diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR associate’s degree/technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details: Provides evaluation of and care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies. Assesses patients for the appropriate type and frequency of treatment and develops a plan of care based on diagnosis. Implements and monitors patient care plans and equipment, records and communicates patient condition, and performs advanced respiratory care modalities. Evaluates respiratory practice, medication administration, and treatment based on patient outcomes. Responds to emergency resuscitation team codes. Educates patients and families about health conditions and available community support groups and other programs.
