Trusted is seeking an experienced allied health professional for this exciting travel assignment. Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM Experience: - 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. - 6 months of Epic experience is required. Requirements: - Candidates must have a license (required for submission). - This role may require floating to additional units and locations - Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local. - COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. - Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted. - Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted. - Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: 1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment. Required Skills/Experience: Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled. Special Requests: All RTO and scheduling requests must be communicated during submission and interview; RTO must be included at time of submission. Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months. Shift & Scheduling: Weekends as needed.
