Job description
Trusted is seeking an experienced allied health professional for this exciting travel assignment. Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on driver's license. Driver's License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
Required Skills/Experience: Current critical care experience required or has worked in critical care within the last 12 months.
Required Credentials: Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization, 2 attempts allowed.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other holiday.
Floating Requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
5 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program - 8th Edition)
