Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Experience:
• 3 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as a traveler at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: cumulative experience applies for previous travelers.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Preferred Skills/Experience: 3-4 years of experience preferred.
Unit Details: Adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient population; no NICU patients, but neonatal patients may be seen in the ER or pediatrics setting. Covers inpatient MS, PCU, and ICU, plus ER, rehab, PACU, SNF, endoscopy, cath lab, SDS, and outpatient ABGs and 6-minute walks. Performs floor duties, breathing treatments, ABGs, capillary i-STATs, and respiratory equipment management. Assists with intubations only; no EKGs. Uses Puritan Bennett 840 ventilators, BiPAP V60s, and Airvo 2 high-flow equipment.
Shift & Scheduling: 4-week rotating schedule. Every other weekend. No self-scheduling. No call.
Special Requests: Facility will work with requested RTO. Holiday rotation may be required; facility will work with travelers around scheduling requests.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
Driver's license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
