Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Respiratory Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have experience with Hamilton ventilators. Must have 2 years overall experience, and 1 of those years must be full-time experience in a large hospital PICU.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience at a Level I pediatric trauma center is strongly preferred. Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Special Requests: All RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Unit Details: The patient population includes neonates, infants, pediatric patients, adolescents, and adults. Must be willing to care for both high- and low-acuity PICU patients. Patient population includes respiratory patients, trauma, pulmonary, complex patients, and all clinical disease processes. Long-term tracheostomy and ventilator patients are cared for.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend-only contracts are available.
Floating Requirements: Floating is required to CTICU, NICU, H8A (pulmonary), and Core (general/ED).
14 days maximum time off
2 Manager references required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
