Job description
Trusted is seeking an experienced allied health professional for this exciting travel assignment. Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >80 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
Required Skills/Experience: NICU and Adult ICU experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: PICU experience preferred.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. If previously employed by Sanford Health, the employment end date must be at least 6 months before submission.
Shift & Scheduling: Rotating shifts or straight nights. Every other weekend and holiday. No call.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
