Experience:
- 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
- Experience with Epic is preferred.
- AS completion required.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
- This role will require floating to multiple units
- Local & travel allowed.
- COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
- Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Unit Details: Evaluates patient outcomes, making changes in the plan of care within the multidisciplinary team. Provides explanations and instructions to patients and/or responsible persons and ensures understanding with regard to respiratory disease processes, intervention procedures, and discharge. Shares clinical knowledge with staff and students and is a role model for clinical practice. Plans, implements, and evaluates the effectiveness of respiratory care. Provides respiratory care as ordered by the physician, keeping in communication with medical and nursing staff.
Floating Requirements: Accepts reassignment to other units when necessary.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program - 8th Edition)
