Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Experience working in an adult ICU. Experience treating pediatric patients in the ER, including patients needing intubation and mechanical ventilation. Experience working in a Level 1 nursery, including attending high-risk C-sections and being part of the resuscitation team. Experience working on Med-Surg floors. Experience with Dräger V500 ventilators, V60 BiPAP, Hamilton T-1 transport ventilator, Airvo high-flow oxygen units, Neopuff, and RAM cannula is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Adult critical care, NICU, and PICU experience preferred.

Special Requests: Travel pairs are not accepted.

Unit Details: Equipment includes Dräger V500 ventilators, V60 BiPAP, Hamilton T-1 transport ventilator, Airvo high-flow oxygen units, Neopuff, and RAM cannula.

Shift & Scheduling: No call.

Floating Requirements: The respiratory therapist floats to all areas of the hospital, caring for patients from newborn to adult.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
