Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have documented Critical Care experience. Assist with external transports. Call out missing skills.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Prior NICU experience is preferred.
Shift & Scheduling: Shift times vary by campus: Marlborough 5:45p - 6:15a; Med Center 6:45p - 7:15a. Every other weekend and every other holiday (EOW/EOH).
Floating Requirements: Will be required to float to other campuses, as needed. Locations can include Marlborough, University, and Memorial. All are within 20 mins of one another. Memorial campus is the only campus with a NICU, but there is still an expectation to float to all campuses.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
