Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to attend C-sections. Transports within hospital are required. Required experience with Puritan Bennett 840 / 980, Servo I, V60s, Visions, and Trilogy.
Required Credentials: NRP is required to work in NICU.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: Patient population includes neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, and geriatric patients.
Shift & Scheduling: You must be willing to work weekends and generally just be very flexible. Flexible contract hours: 48 hours per week preferred; the facility is open to a 36/48 rotating schedule. Every other weekend. No call. Must work 2 Fridays in a 4-week schedule. Schedule as needed. RTO: no more than 5 consecutive days. Must work the weekend before Mardi Gras. Summer holidays must be worked. Must work 2 of the 3 winter holidays.
Floating Requirements: You must be willing to float.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Maximum consecutive days off: 5

• CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification RRT
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
