Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Experience in a Level 3 nursery is required. Required experience with Puritan Bennett 840 / 980, Servo I, V60s, Visions, and Trilogy.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Required Credentials: NRP is required to work in NICU.
Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: Must be able to attend C-sections. Transports within the hospital are required. Patient population includes neonates, infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week are available; 48 hours per week is preferred, with a rotating schedule. You must be willing to work weekends and generally just be very flexible. Every other weekend. No call. The schedule includes 2 Fridays in a 4-week schedule. RTO: no more than 5 consecutive days. You must work the weekend before Mardi Gras. You will work summer holidays. During winter holidays, you must work 2 of the 3 holidays.
Floating Requirements: You must be willing to float.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Maximum consecutive days off: 5
