RN Medical Surgical Ortho
Birmingham, AL, United States, 35235 1 Contractor Onsite position
Unit: Ortho
Shift timings: 18:45-07:15 Monday to Friday. 3 Days/ 12 Hours
Per Week: 36 Hours
2+ years' recent experience in m/s required.
Cerner experience is required
Possibility of floating to other m/s areas
Ortho experience
Responsibilities
Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
