RN Medical / Surgical
Wichita, KS, United States, 67214 1 Contractor Onsite position
Department: Ortho Neuro Nrsng Unit
Shift Timings: 07:00- 19:30 Hours Monday to Friday 3 days 12 hours shift
Per Week: 36 Hours
Responsibilities
Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
