What We're Looking For
5+ years fast casual or QSR operations and leadership experience
Proven track record managing P&L and driving revenue growth
Strong people leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
Deep knowledge of food service operations, safety, and compliance
Results-oriented mindset with passion for exceptional guest experience
