Job description
CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Livonia, MI to translate our mission and values into everyday guest experiences. You’ll partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to set store action plans, drive financial results, coach hourly Team Members, and ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness at all times.
You’ll own scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and training, help resolve team issues, and uphold a culture of generosity and inclusivity.
