Job description
CAVA in Potomac, MD is seeking an Assistant General Manager to translate our mission and values into daily restaurant operations. You will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader on store action plans, financial metrics, scheduling, labor management, and inventory.
You will lead by example in customer service, support Team Members’ development, oversee cost control, and help boost guest satisfaction and loyalty.
