Job description
Wendy’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in operating a busy restaurant, driving profits, and leading the management team. You will focus on service quality, people development, and adherence to standards to deliver excellent guest experiences.
The AGM will handle daily operations, scheduling, safety, and cost control while promoting a positive, inclusive work environment and ensuring consistent product quality and service.
