Job description
Carl's Jr. Restaurants, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in directing daily operations of a California Carl’s Jr. restaurant, aligning with the Brand Vision and Promise.
The AGM helps train and coach top talent to achieve strong People, Customer, Sales, and Profit results. You will oversee service quality, food safety, scheduling, inventory, and adherence to company standards, while modeling core values and driving a customer-focused culture.
