Job description
Carl's Jr. Restaurants, LLC in Anaheim, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in directing daily restaurant operations and upholding the Brand Vision, Mission, and Core Values.
You will coach and develop top talent, monitor food safety, manage scheduling, control costs, and ensure outstanding guest service. You will collaborate with the GM and HR on employee relations and training, while driving sales and profitability across all shifts.
