Job description

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in North Carolina is seeking high-performing Assistant General Manager candidates to join our team. The role offers base pay up to 65K on day one, a robust benefits package, and strong bonus potential tied to top-line sales growth.

This position requires a proven restaurant leader with drive-thru experience, hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering great food and service. Five-day workweek with late Fri/Sat closings.
