Locatelli’s, a family-owned, full-service neighborhood favorite since 2003, is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team, with the potential to develop into the General Manager or Manging Partner ! We’re searching for someone who can lead by example, inspire a positive team culture, and ensure every guest leaves happy.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the Team: Train, motivate, and support staff to create a positive, efficient work environment
Deliver Guest Satisfaction: Engage with every guest and ensure top-notch service
Ensure Quality & Consistency: Oversee food presentation, cleanliness, and daily operations
Manage Operations: Handle cash, monitor labor costs, and help control food cost
Community Focus: Represent Locatelli’s in the local community with outreach and sponsorships
What We’re Looking For:
Previous restaurant management or shift lead experience (full-service preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and POS systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-first environment
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
