Job description
Zaxby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead our fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant. In this role, you’ll support the General Manager with daily operations, including supervising team members, running shifts, and maintaining Zaxby’s standards for food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness. You’ll assist with training, scheduling, and inventory, resolve guest concerns with Southern hospitality, and ensure compliance with food safety and company policies.
