Restaurant Care SpecialistAt Chick-fil-A Acworth and Brookstone, we believe a great restaurant experience goes beyond great food and friendly service. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, works well independently, and finds satisfaction in accomplishing a task thoroughly and excellently.Position Type:Full-time or Part-timeFlexible scheduling available Monday through SaturdayNo overnight shifts and closed on SundaysPrimarily based at Chick-fil-A Acworth, with occasional responsibilities at Chick-fil-A BrookstonePay:$12–$14 per hourOur Benefits Include:A high energy work environmentFlexible scheduling (and closed on Sundays)Intentional growth and development to help you reach your professional goalsScholarship opportunitiesCompetitive payEmployee mealsRestaurant Care Specialist Responsibilities:Independently complete assigned weekly, monthly, and as-needed restaurant care and deep-cleaning tasksTake ownership of maintaining a clean, organized, and well-cared-for restaurant environmentComplete detailed cleaning projects that may include:Cleaning vent covers and other hard-to-reach areasDeep cleaning floors, walls, baseboards, and surrounding areasCleaning and maintaining floor drainsScrubbing and maintaining dumpster pads, trash areas, cardboard compactors, and surrounding spacesCleaning behind and around equipmentMoving equipment as needed to thoroughly clean designated areasCleaning and organizing storage areasPolishing and maintaining stainless steel and other restaurant surfacesCleaning dining room furniture and other guest-facing areasCompleting exterior cleaning and upkeep projects as assignedWork efficiently to complete assigned tasks thoroughly and to a high standardFollow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety guidelinesIdentify areas that need additional attention and take initiative to address them or communicate the need to Restaurant LeadershipMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working in and around the restaurant during operating hoursInteract respectfully and professionally with Guests and Team MembersHonor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the RestaurantAdhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all timesOther duties as assignedQualifications and Requirements:Consistency and reliabilitySelf-motivated and able to work independentlyTakes pride in completing work thoroughly and with excellenceStrong attention to detailAble to work efficiently and accomplish assigned tasks in a timely mannerStrong work ethic and personal accountabilityAble to follow established cleaning procedures and schedulesTakes initiative and recognizes when areas need additional attentionOrganized and able to manage multiple assigned responsibilitiesProfessional, positive, and respectful while working around Guests and Team MembersWorks well independently and as part of a team environmentAble and willing to work a flexible schedule Monday through SaturdayHave the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbsHave the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of timeHave the ability to frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb ladders, and move equipment
