Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLuigi's Restaurant is seeking a dependable, experienced, and hardworking kitchen professional to join our team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing high-quality food, and works well as part of a team.

This is a hands-on position that requires flexibility to work in multiple kitchen stations as needed.

Responsibilities

Main Cook Line

Operate the oven, broiler, and fryer while preparing multiple menu items efficiently.

Plate finished dishes accurately and consistently while maintaining presentation standards.

Prepare sauté dishes to recipe specifications in a fast-paced environment.

Pizza Bench Station

Prepare pizza dough and toppings.

Cook pizzas to quality standards.

Cut, box, and prepare pizzas for dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders.

Grinder Bench Station

Prepare fresh salads, cold appetizers, and sandwiches.

Maintain food quality, portion consistency, and presentation.

Keep prep areas stocked, clean, and organized.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant kitchen experience required.

Experience working on a cook line, pizza station, or similar fast-paced kitchen preferred.

Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy service periods.

Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as with a team.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Schedule

Part-time position (approximately 20–30 hours per week).

Day shifts, evening shifts, or a combination of both based on availability and business needs.

Weekend availability is preferred.
