Job description
OLIO Development Group is seeking a Site Manager to oversee restaurant construction on assigned projects, ensuring work complies with approved drawings, budget, and schedule. You will lead planning, design, and construction phases from inception to completion, coordinating with contractors, operations, and facilities teams.
Responsibilities include pre-construction setup, site safety and organization, inspections, scheduling, building turnover, and maintaining as-built drawings in Procore.
