Job description
Marriott is seeking a Main Kitchen Cook I to join our culinary team. In this role, you will prepare and cook menu items to brand standards, support banquet and restaurant service, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen. You’ll follow recipes, portion controls, and food safety guidelines, assist with prep and station setup, and coordinate timing with service staff. The Cook I helps train junior team members, monitors product quality and waste, and upholds Marriott’s standards of hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
