Job description
Murphy Family Restaurants is seeking a dynamic Department Manager to lead shifts and support the General Manager in Southeast Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. Open availability with an average 48-hour work week and 3 ten-hour shifts plus 2 nine-hour shifts are expected.
The role requires 1–3 years of quick service restaurant management experience and strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
