Job description
McDonald's franchisee-operated restaurant in New Jersey is seeking a Department Manager to lead guest service, kitchen, and people departments and to support the General Manager in achieving performance and quality standards.
You will supervise training, food safety, and inventory management, hire and schedule staff, and ensure safe, fast, and friendly service in a high-volume setting. Prior managerial experience preferred; must be 18+ to work as a manager.
