Job description
McDonald’s is seeking a Department Manager for an independent franchisee to lead our restaurant teams and ensure safe, high-quality service. You will oversee training, food safety, inventory, and staffing to meet sales and profit goals.
You’ll drive excellent customer experiences, supervise front-of-house and kitchen operations, and participate in ongoing training and development through the franchisee program.
