Job description
McDonald’s, owned by an independent franchisee, is hiring a Department Manager in Baltimore to lead Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments.
You will oversee shifts, ensure fast, friendly service, maintain food safety and quality, and coach crew and supervisors toward goals.
Competitive pay $17.50–$19.00 per hour plus benefits: PTO, tuition assistance, health/dental/vision, free meals, uniforms, flexible schedules and advancement opportunities.
