Job description
McDonald’s is seeking a Department Manager at a corporate-owned restaurant to lead guest service, kitchen, and people departments. You’ll coach crew, schedule shifts, monitor operations, and drive sales while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
Our team values energy, flexibility, and a passion for delivering fast, friendly service. Previous management experience in hospitality or retail is preferred; you must be 18 or older to lead in this environment.
