Job description
McDonald’s Southington is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead shifts, supervise Guest Service, Kitchen and People departments, and drive a fast, accurate, friendly guest experience. Managers coach crew, manage staffing, and uphold McDonald’s standards in a franchise restaurant environment.
