Job description
McDonald’s franchisee-operated restaurant in Springfield, MO is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead daily operations and staffing. You will oversee crew scheduling, training, and guest service to ensure fast, friendly, accurate service across all shifts.
Responsibilities include supervising food safety and inventory, driving sales and profitability, and coaching staff to uphold McDonald’s standards. Prior managerial experience is preferred; must be 18+.
