Job description
McDonald’s is seeking a Department Manager for a franchised restaurant in Jerseyville, IL. This role leads shifts weekly, oversees Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments, and ensures fast, accurate, friendly service while upholding food safety and training standards.
Previous managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality is preferred. Candidates should be team players, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
